IQ Opens Doors. EQ Takes You Places. SQ? It Launches You to Unimaginable Heights.

Recently, I spoke to a group about: IQ (Intelligence Quotient), EQ (Emotional Quotient), and SQ (Spiritual Quotient).

IQ gets you in the room. EQ helps you thrive there. But SQ? That’s the game-changer. It propels you to levels you—and others—never dreamed possible. People watch in awe, wondering, what happened and how did it happen?

During my talk, I came across a profound insight on our world’s hidden unrest. Here’s a simple summary that ties perfectly to SQ:

We live in restless times. Bright homes hide darkness. Smiles cover fears. Bustling markets conceal exhaustion. Hearts suffer from frustration —people move, but inside, they’re broken. Dreams shatter under reality’s weight.

Despite plots, properties and possessions, the restlessness grows in direct proportion. This isn’t economic or political. It’s a soul-deep cry spreading through society. Inflation, unemployment, uncertainty, distrust in institutions, insecurity—The real wound? Our hungry souls. Gadgets, social media, fleeting wins can’t feed them. Thirsty souls breed restless hearts, heavy minds, and fractured societies.

The timeless cure? “The peace of the heart is in the remembrance of Allah” (Quran). It’s spiritual and psychological truth.

Forget your Creator, and you scatter in worldly noise—spreading unrest.

And do not be like those who forgot Allah, so He made them forget themselves. It is they who are rebellious.

True change starts in hearts, not headlines.

SQ in action—simple steps to inner strength:

Prayer: More than ritual, it’s refuge. In prostration, worldly burdens melt away, replaced by unshakable confidence in the Universe’s Lord.

Remembrance (Zikr): Morning prayers, evening supplications, blessings on Prophet Muhammad ﷺ—they soften and light the heart, tuning out chaos.

Prophet’s Way (Sunnah): Patience in worry, gratitude in trials, forgiveness amid enmity, grace under pressure. Live it, and uncertainty loses its grip.

Serve Others: Feed the needy, visit the sick, comfort the sad. Heal others; your soul heals too. Selfishness traps us—generosity frees us.

Trust (Tawakkul): Outcomes are Allah’s. Yours is effort. This faith silences anxiety’s roar.
Society’s anxiety—inner and outer—needs inner healing. Bring Quran’s light home, spiritual growth to mosques, ethics to kids, remembrance to hearts.

Every worry finds solace in Allah. Every pain, at the Prophet’s ﷺ door. Every burden lifts with Quran’s recitation.

Pause. Breathe. Nurture your SQ. The closer to the Divine, the further pain flees. The more you become invincible and victorious.
